This weekend we have been doing something new, while my Princess is reading I have been streaming my games to her as a way of being together without interacting. It has brought me so much joy. It's a small thing, but it makes me feel so much closer to her. It makes it feel as if she is in the room watching me play. Sometimes she asks questions about the games I play, she shows interest in what I'm doing and it warms my heart so. I can't quite find the word to describe how much it means to me. I love being able to tell her about all the little things I love about these games, it makes me wanna replay old games I used to love just to show her. But even without the questions, even if all she does is read and all I do is play my little games, I feel so much closer to her when we do that together.
